Strawberry Breakfast Smoothie
ingredients
- 80g strawberries, fresh or frozen
- 20g rolled oats
- 200ml plant-based milk, we used almond
- 150g fat-free Greek yoghurt
- 25g chia seeds
- 1 small banana

method
1. Combine all ingredients into a blender, ensuring both the banana and strawberries and cut up into smaller chunks.
2. Blend on a medium speed until fully blended, adding more liquid to reach your desired consistency if required.
3. Serve and enjoy!
