Fruity Picnic Bars
ingredients
- 20ml Rapeseed oil
- 25g Sunflower seeds
- 1tsp Cinnamon
- 50g light brown sugar
- 110g, or two small apples, grated
- 170g rolled oats
- 100g raisins
- 3 large ripe bananas, mashed

method
1. Place the sugar and the oil into a bowl and whisk together until light and slightly thickened.
2. Mash the bananas grate the apple including the skin. Gently fold the banana, apple oats, sunflower seeds, raisins and cinnamon through the sugar and oil mix.
3. Place the mix into an 8" baking tin lined with parchment paper and cook in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
5.Cool on a wire rack and slice into 16 portions. Enjoy!
