Single Serve Apple Oat 'Crumble'

- 1 medium apple
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 30g oats
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 small oven-proof ramekin/dish
- Ice cream or yoghurt to serve (optional)

method
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees (fan). Dice the apple into cubes and combine with the cinnamon, add to the ramekin and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Whilst the apples are cooking, combine the oats, peanut butter and honey in a small bowl.
- Once softened, remove the apples from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Once cooled, add the oat crumble and cook for a further 10-15 minutes, or until golden.
- Serve with ice cream or yoghurt!
