Raspberry & Chocolate Easter-Egg Porridge
ingredients
- 35g porridge oats (or gluten free oats)
- 200ml of milk of choice
- 1tsp chia/flax seeds
- 1tsp cocoa powder
- Handful fresh raspberries and 20g Easter chocolate to finish

Add all the ingredients, except for the raspberries and chocolate to a small saucepan and place over a medium heat.

Stir continuously until the oats start to thicken (you may need to add a dash more milk here, if the porridge becomes too thick).

Once the porridge has reached your desired consistency, remove from the heat and transfer to a bowl.

Top with the fresh raspberries & chocolate and enjoy!
