Kefir Chia Pudding
ingredients
- 20 g chia seeds
- 150 g kefir (kefir drink works well)
- 1tsp maple syrup (optional)
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- mixed berries to serve

method
- Add the chia seeds to a small bowl or jar
- Pour in the kefir, then add the cinnamon and maple (if using)
- Stir to well combine
- Cover and place in the fridge. Chill for a few hours, then give it a stir to loosen up any lumps.
- Top with the berries, then return to the fridge to set for several more hours, or overnight.
