
Harissa BBQ Chicken
ingredients
- 1 pack of chicken wings (750g)
- 30ml red wine vinegar
- 10g harissa spice rub
- 10g smoked paprika
- Pinch of pepper
- 10ml vegetable oil, we used rapeseed

method
- Make the marinade: Combine the red wine vinegar, oil, black pepper, harissa & paprika spices all together in a large bowl / container. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Add the wings to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Place the wings in the fridge to marinade for several hours (or overnight)
- When ready to cook, place the wings onto the preheated grill /BBQ & cook until caramelised on both sides and cooked all the way through.
Great served alongside our zingy red cabbage slaw and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
