Crushed new potatoes with garlic and spring onion
ingredients
- 500g new potatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp of salted butter
- Ground pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp of garlic puree
- 100g spring onionÂ

method
1. Wash and shred the spring onions.
2. Cook the new potatoes until very tender, drain well. Leave to cool slightly. Mash (but leave chunky) with the butter, pepper and garlic, stir in the spring onions.
