- 2 cups frozen berries of your choice (we used mixed)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

method
- Place the berries in a large saucepan over a medium heat and cook until the fruit is starting to stew down
- Add the chia seeds (and honey/maple) if using, then stir continuously until the mixture has thickened - this should take several minutes
- Once ready, spoon the mixture into a steralised jar and allow to cool before sealing
