Homemade Potato Wedges
ingredients
- 600g potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp of smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp of garlic salt
- Freshly ground black pepper

method
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Toss the potato wedges in the oil, seasoning and pepper.
- Cook in the oven for about 20 minutes or until tender and golden.
Chef's tip: bake with rosemary or add a sprinkling of chilli flakes if you like a bit of heat.
