We’re making it even easier (and tastier) to eat more plant-based food at JLR, with the launch of Plant Points across our restaurants.
You’ll start to see custom Plant Points menus popping up once a week, alongside an additional BOSH! Wellness Wednesday menu, all designed to help you add more variety, colour and goodness to your plate.
But what exactly are Plant Points and how do you take part?
What Are Plant Points?
Plant Points are a simple way of counting the number of different plant foods you eat across your meals.
Each unique plant counts as one point.
This includes:
· Vegetables
· Fruits
· Wholegrains
· Beans & pulses
· Nuts & seeds
· Herbs & spices
The goal? 30 different plant foods per week: a target linked to better gut health, energy and overall wellbeing.
And no, it’s not about being vegan or giving anything up, it’s about adding more plants in.
How to Spot Plant Points on Site
We’ve done the hard work for you.
· Weekly Plant Points menus will clearly highlight how many plant points are in each dish
· BOSH! Wellness Wednesdays will showcase bold, plant-packed meals designed to help you boost your points in one go
· Look out for Plant Points icons and callouts dotted all around our restaurants
Small Changes, Big Impact
Adding an extra spoon of lentils, trying a new veg, or choosing a plant-packed dish can all help you build healthier habits, one meal at a time.
